Hi, I’m Maggi
As an Image consultant, brand stylist, personal stylist, Image coach, colour consultant, personal shopper, hairstylist, and wardrobe stylist, I recognise the journey of self-discovery and the significance of feeling comfortable in your skin. As a child, I was very shy and unsure how to communicate with others, which resulted in bullying at school and drew the wrong people into my life, enduring many years of coercive control.
It wasn’t until my forties that I broke free from this trauma, immersing myself in knowledge and education to discover my purpose and to be seen and heard. Facing these challenges has enabled me to assist others who may be struggling with their self-confidence, identity, and direction.
I feel fortunate to possess a gift that enables me to educate individuals and companies on a deeper level, assist them in discovering their true selves, and guide them on how to look and feel fabulous from the inside out. By honouring your values, personality, skills, and strengths, I can help you express your beautiful and unique self in a genuine and authentic manner.
I take pride in having the opportunity to work alongside many fascinating individuals, including Alison Hernandez, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall, and AJ Courtenay, an actress and former Countess of Devon at Powderham Castle.
I live in Devon and have three wonderful children who pursue their dreams and look and feel their best through colour, style and communication.
Away from work, I enjoy listening to music, connecting with interesting people, spending time outdoors, and being creative.

where it all began …
2009 - Colour Analysis talk
2018 - Magazine article
Throwing myself into my love of art and being creative led to an initial career in hairstyling. As I developed my skills, I transitioned to managing retail companies in Somerset and Devon. After having my first child, I established my own hairstyling business, which I operated for a decade in Seaton starting in 2001. In 2008, my best friend Debbie (the lady wearing black) suggested that I get my ‘colours’ done.
I was very sceptical but attended a group colour analysis in Exmouth. As a creative person and a hairdresser trained in colour, I found the psychology behind it all incredibly interesting. So much so that I chose to train in colour analysis at Aston and Hayes in London, an independent training school for image consultants, it was meant to be, given that my surname is ‘Green’!
Once I had the knowledge, I was eager to share it. I organised a presentation to showcase the brilliance of colour analysis. We featured before-and-after models representing the seasons: summer, winter, autumn, and spring.
We couldn’t believe how many people turned up; it was amazing! In addition to my hairdressing clients, I had a waiting list of individuals wanting their colours done. However, what I didn’t expect was to learn about how people lacked confidence and how that related to colour. So many stories emerged about their feelings towards themselves and their distressing experiences. I was taken aback by this discovery and felt compelled to help others. That’s when I decided to train in style.
The training has continued alongside the growth of the business. To date, we offer colour analysis, ladies' styling, men’s styling, workshops, professional branding, wardrobe decluttering, shopping, interior design, and image-related talks to various companies and groups.
More recently, I decided to rename the business ‘Spring Styling,’ as it seemed fitting. The word ‘Spring’ symbolises rebirth, reawakening, and the sense of waking up in the warm sunlight, ready to embark on a fresh start.
Are you ready to make some positive changes in your life? If so, I would love to hear from you.
