Let’s discuss what is wrong with Wendy’s image -
Hair and make-up - Wendy’s hair looks too bulky, and the colour is too warm for her skin tone as she is a cool colouring. She does not wear any make-up.
Top and trousers—The top is too bright and overwhelms her. It is also too baggy, making her look a larger size. Wendy’s problem area is her tummy, which can look worse with the wrong underwear. The trousers are very ill-fitting—the cut, shape, and quality are all wrong for this body. We can do so much better.
Shoes and Jewellery - The shoes are not flattering and do not go with the rest of the outfit. They are not making her legs look long and lean. Her accessories are too small and the colour is wrong.

After going through a process of showing Wendy where she was going wrong with her outfits, hair and accessories, we had a fun shopping trip, taking Wendy out of her comfort zone and trying shops that she had never been into before.
Now Wendy looks classic, simple and sophisticated. She looks great in her new colours and everything is in scale for her body.
Hair and make-up—Wendy's hair is now changed to ash blonde to better match her skin tone. Her style is a better shape to create height, which narrows down her face shape. A simple mineral foundation has been applied to create a natural look, and cool, soft tones are applied to go with her outfit.
Outfit: The main thing that hits you is Wendy’s amazing necklace. This necklace draws the eye from the areas you want to hide.
The grey top, trousers, and shoes are a much softer colour, which is more pleasing to Wendy and makes her look taller and slimmer. Note that the trousers are boot-cut. This shape will balance out the thigh area, making the area look smaller. The berry cardigan is a great colour, creating a line down the middle and slimming the body. All the accessories blend well and are on a much better scale.
